Making sense of data & trends
Working with customer and operational data to identify patterns, understand user needs, and guide design decisions using journey mapping.

Facilitating Change Through Workshops
I use workshops as a way to surface ideas, discuss constraints and align teams around problem statements, especially in complex, constraint heavy environments.

Designing through delivery
I believe good design extends beyond concepts, ideas and frameworks. I stay close to execution, working on the ground to ensure experiences come together seamlessly, from shaping artefacts to supporting reliable delivery.
