I design systems grounded in research, simplifying complex journeys across digital products and operations so they work reliably and feel intuitive to use. 

I am currently a Senior Service Designer in Singapore Airlines. ✈️

Making sense of data & trends 

Working with customer and operational data to identify patterns, understand user needs, and guide design decisions using journey mapping.

Using user interviews, observation, and testing to understand real-world behaviour and refine solutions through iterative design.

Facilitating Change Through Workshops

I use workshops as a way to surface ideas, discuss constraints and align teams around problem statements, especially in complex, constraint heavy environments.

Designing through delivery

I believe good design extends beyond concepts, ideas and frameworks. I stay close to execution, working on the ground to ensure experiences come together seamlessly, from shaping artefacts to supporting reliable delivery.
